Opens on Tribunal. Acting Chief Justice General Myron Cramer listening to Mr. Tavenner giving reasons for appointing a new prosecutor. Voice of Mr. Cole is heard objecting to the appointment of a new prosecutor in Mr. Lopez’ absence.
Cole makes his objections to the Tribunal.
General Cramer answers that the objection is overruled and Mr. English may proceed with the cross-examination of the defendant Akira Muto.
