The Joint Allied War Council meets in Washington. D.C. Personages shown are General Marshall, General Arnold, Admiral Leahy, Admiral King. Allied bombers blast Rommel’s Afrika Korps (Africa Corps) supply lines, explosions as bombs hit the ground. British troops and tanks advance across the desert in pursuit of Rommel’s Forces. Long columns of German prisoners (POWs) are lead to the rear by a British Mark VI tankette. Entire divisions of Italian soldiers surrender.
