Martial Law In Palestine
British Mandate authorities clamp rigid restrictions down on Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and other cities following an outbreak of new hostilities and bomb attacks. Troops and police guard all roads, as martial law is imposed in the Holy Land. Shows passage to public buildings restricted by coils of barbwire with entry only granted to those with proper identification. Shows sandbag fortifications manned by British soldiers.
